Kid’s Fit Program
Ages 5 to 12
Kid’s can have fun while bouncing into fitness! We offer three weekly sessions for from 1PM until 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. We start each session with some bouncy fitness, then some bouncy games, then we make healthly smoothies…rest by watching a flick or doing arts and crafts…and go back to bouncing! Parents are welcome to stay engaged or come back for a 4 to 4:30PM pick-up.
